Located in Oakland City, the Brewster Street Townhomes project features six newly built, rent-ready units. Managed by our COO, Majazz oversaw the full development process — from site development to vertical construction and final landscaping. This project reflects the team's commitment to quality, efficient execution, and building lasting value within growing communities. This project was in partnership with Von Michel Homes.
